Sinclair’s Vet Tech program now has a teaching Mobile Clinic in support of local shelters and humane societies. There is anesthetic capability in the clinic – so spays and neuters, as well as uncomplicated dental cleanings will be offered at cost. Preventive care clinics (vaccines, nail trims, ear cleanings) and education in economically depressed locations are the ultimate goals of this mobile unit – allowing Sinclair to provide needed veterinary care to a community that might not otherwise be able to, or know how to, obtain it.
Do you have a veterinary technician graduate that has not passed the VTNE? If they would like to be included in Sinclair’s online subscription for Vet Tech Prep course at a reduced cost, please contact the department email vettech@sinclair.edu for more information.
