Towne and Country has a positive culture, pleasant work environment, and a professional staff of over 20, equipped to support 2-3 doctors including 5 technicians. We provide compassionate quality patient care with state-of-the-art equipment and a newly renovated hospital. Our office provides the time for you to practice good medicine in a well-equipped facility with an in house Heska Laboratory, Imaging (Sound Digital, Dental Imaging and Digital Thermal) and a GE LOGIQ V5 Expert Ultrasound. The surgery suite includes an Aesculight Surgical Laser, Air Plasma Surgical Incision Instrument, Cardell anesthetic monitoring and a Summus Therapy Laser, and Vet Guardian for monitoring patients in house and remotely.
Starting salary between $90,000 and $125,000 based on experience. Signing bonus of $5,000 plus relocation assistance of $3,000. Specific Responsibilities:
- Assist with the in-person and phone triage process.
- Supervise patient intake and evaluation.
- Provide prompt examination, diagnostic recommendations, and treatment to incoming patients.
- As needed, stabilize for client transfer to the appropriate specialty service within MedVet Dayton.
- Communicate with clients and referral partners regarding patient status, diagnostic and treatment plans, estimate updates, and follow-up care
- Engage in training of clinical service team members.
- Utilize existing templates whenever possible to efficiently complete discharges, medical records, and referral reports.

Wanted: Community-minded spay/neuter surgeon to help with Sinclair’s Mobile Teaching Clinic.
The Veterinary Technology program at Sinclair has been selected for a grant to run a low-cost spay/neuter clinic for the community. Will need someone available for 4-5 hours on a Thursday, Friday, OR Saturday to work with Faculty RVTs, students, and the program director to spay/neuter 4-10 dogs and cats on scheduled clinic days. Salary $250/day as an independent contractor. Prefer DVM with some shelter or spay/neuter experience, but willing to take on a new surgeon to help increase speed and efficiency. Willingness to mentor/teach while working is a must!
